Turbidity Measurement
Turbidity is an expression of the optical property that causes light to be scattered and absorbed rather than transmitted in straight lines through the sample.
The Turbidity Meter measures the turbidity of beer and beverages according to the Mebak standard and is available in two executions: • Type Vos Rota 90/25, measures 90° scattering mainly caused by particles < 1µm, like proteins and 25°scattering, mainly caused by particles > 1µm, such as kieselguhr and yeasts. • Type Vos Rota 90, 90° execution.
