In order to monitor the bottle washing process, we have an innovative bottle monitor. This bottle monitor evaluates the efficiency of the washing process in each compartment of the bottle washer. The bottle monitor simply travels among all other bottles through the washer to collect its data, such as time, temperature and conductivity of the cleaning medium. Once the bottle monitor is retrieved, the data can be collected on any PC via a docking station. The software processes the data and presents it in a meaningful graphical format, as well as in tables.
