It is done by continuously controlling the ratio of flows between the constituent liquids, with subsequent carbonation. It allows for accurate CO₂ injection, 'bubble free' CO₂ dissolving and perfect total process control. Pentair Haffmans has a wide range of innovative equipment, suitable for the carbo blending process.
Besides equipment for the carbo blending process, Pentair Haffmans is also able to deliver an entire CO₂ recovery plant. With this solution, CO₂ can be recovered from fermentation at both inlet and outlet level. At our CO₂ analysis laboratory, we are able to get essential analyses on a considerable amount of foreign components in CO₂ gas.
