The Carbo-Blender is an example of specialized carbonation equipment that optimizes the beer production in quantity as well as in quality. It works through controlled CO₂ dosing with CO₂, combined CO₂/O₂ or O₂ measurement and involves the dilution of high gravity beer with de-aerated water.
The Carbo-Controller is a fully automatic, plug and play unit. This piece of carbonation equipment allows for accurate CO₂ injection, 'bubble free’ CO₂ dissolving and perfect total process control. There are also customized features for this product such as pressure, pump and level control, PLC, extended remote control and a user-friendly touch panel.
