Pentair Haffmans offers Redpost PU monitors to monitor the pasteurization process. The Redpost PU monitors travel through the pasteurization tunnel, gathering data along the way, so you know exactly whether your pasteurization equipment is set correctly.

The Redpost PU monitors are available with one to three channels. Each channel measures one parameter. The one channel Redpost monitor measures the most critical parameter only: temperature. The three-channel Redpost monitor gives you more information, measuring product spray and water temperature, including the pressure inside the bottle or can. The Redpost PU monitors work in conjunction with a Redpost charger/interface, where the batteries are recharged and the data is read and transferred to a PC.

If reusable bottles are used, consider the Pentair Haffmans Bottle Monitor type BTM. This device travels through the washing process along with the bottles, gathering data.
