For the deaeration of water Pentair Haffmans offers two technologies: stripping technology and membrane technology. With gas stripping technology, Pentair Haffmans offers water deaeration equipment. Our water deaeration equipment is available in two compact skid-mounted systems.

The design of our water deaeration equipment is based on our long experience in the area of gas and liquid stripping technology. The water deaeration equipment type WDS is based on stripping technology with the help of CO₂, Either at 72 degrees Celsius (WDS-H) or at ambient temperature (WDS-C). Options include CO₂ injection, in-line dissolved O₂ measurement, a Glycol safety bypass and UV disinfection.

If extreme low oxygen values far below 10 ppb and low running costs are desired, the membrane technology (MDS) will be the first choice. Due to the applied technology, the deaeration will be performed at ambient temperatures and there will be no need for heavy-duty equipment.

The water deaeration equipment and the membrane deaeration equipment is delivered as a skid-mounted system, complete with all required piping, wiring and control systems. This system is hygienic, fully automated and easy to handle. We guarantee low maintenance and a long service life.
